  • We designed an immersive yet subtle audio system using a distributed Bose background music setup with Australian Monitor wall-mount and ceiling speakers, allowing zoned control for optimal ambiance.

    In collaboration spaces, Shure ceiling and linear array microphones provide crystal-clear audio for video conferencing, supported by a Williams Sound hearing augmentation system for accessibility.

    For live events, MIPRO wireless microphones (handheld and lapel) work seamlessly with MIPRO receivers and antenna systems, ensuring clear, interference-free transmission.

  • Work Club needed versatile, high-performance display solutions for meetings, presentations, and digital signage. We installed:

    • Samsung LCD displays in boardrooms, meeting rooms, and training areas for stunning visuals and clear presentations.

A Crestron-based control system with touch panels enables centralised management, supported by a QSC touchscreen controller and AV processor for added flexibility. To enhance accessibility, an Ampetronic hearing loop at reception ensures clear communication for individuals with hearing impairments.

At Afford Employment, we delivered a comprehensive, multi-floor AV integration designed to enhance communication, accessibility, and collaboration across diverse meeting spaces. Our approach seamlessly combined cutting-edge technology, intuitive operation, and future-ready solutions, ensuring that every space supports a productive and inclusive work environment.

  • To ensure clear, high-quality audio throughout the facility, we installed QSC ceiling speakers for distributed sound reinforcement, providing even coverage across all meeting spaces. In combinable meeting rooms, a QSC digital signal processor (DSP) optimises audio performance, supported by QSC power amplifiers for superior sound clarity. For assistive listening, we integrated a Sennheiser Wi-Fi hearing assistance system, enabling individuals with hearing impairments to access real-time audio through personal devices. Wireless Shure microphones, including handheld and lapel transmitters, support presentations, training sessions, and video conferencing, ensuring flexibility and crystal-clear voice transmission.

  • Afford Employment required versatile display solutions for various meeting spaces, training areas, and digital signage. We installed LG commercial-grade LED displays (32”, 55”, 65”, 75”, and 98”) for presentations, video conferencing, and signage, along with a 140” motorized projection screen and Epson projector for large-scale presentations. Logitech and QSC PTZ cameras support high-definition video conferencing, while Barco wireless presentation systems enable cable-free content sharing. Logitech TAP scheduling panels ensure effortless room booking and efficient space utilisation.

At Loreto Kirribilli, we delivered a comprehensive AV integration to enhance learning, collaboration, and presentation capabilities across both newly constructed and refurbished spaces. Our approach combined cutting-edge technology, intuitive operation, and future-ready solutions, ensuring that every classroom, meeting space, and performance area supports dynamic teaching and engagement.

  • We installed QSC and Bosch ceiling speakers throughout key areas, providing clear, even sound for instruction and presentations. QSC DSPs and amplifiers ensure high-quality audio in larger spaces, while Williams Sound hearing systems enhance accessibility. Shure wireless microphones support lectures and performances, and the upgraded Bosch and Bose PA system ensures reliable campus-wide announcements.

  • Loreto Kirribilli required advanced display solutions for interactive learning, presentations, and digital content. We installed LG and Samsung LED displays in learning studios, staff rooms, and meeting spaces for high-definition visuals. Promethean interactive displays with motorised lifts offer dynamic teaching, while a Planar Clarity Matrix G3 multitouch video wall supports large-scale interactive lessons and events. Epson high-brightness projectors with motorised screens provide flexible presentations, and Logitech and Panasonic PTZ cameras enable video recording, streaming, and remote learning. Barco and Vivi wireless presentation systems allow cable-free presentations, while four digital signage screens keep the school updated in real time.

  • To maintain the school's modern aesthetic, we seamlessly integrated ceiling-mounted Shure and Sennheiser microphones for hands-free communication, wall-mounted Crestron and Extron AV input plates for easy HDMI and wireless connectivity, and concealed speaker systems for unobtrusive, premium sound. We installed secure guest sign-in kiosks at the main entrance and Crestron and Extron HDMI switchers, transmitters, and receivers for flexible content distribution. Additionally, the gym was upgraded with a QSC digital audio system for high-quality sound reinforcement during sports events and activities.

At Gaggenau Showroom, Surry Hills, we delivered a high-end AV integration designed to enhance the luxury brand experience through immersive background music, dynamic digital signage, and seamless control systems. Our approach ensured that audio-visual technology complemented the showroom's refined aesthetic, offering an engaging and premium visitor experience.

  • To create an inviting atmosphere, we installed a high-fidelity background music system with a Denon network audio player for reliable streaming. QSC ceiling-recessed speakers provide even sound distribution, blending discreetly into the showroom. A QSC single-gang IP wall controller offers seamless control for adjusting volume and selecting audio sources, while QSC's Core Nano DSP ensures optimal sound performance and system flexibility.

  • To elevate product presentations and brand storytelling, we integrated advanced display and projection systems throughout the showroom. Key features include a BrightSign digital signage player driving dynamic content on a 75” NEC LCD display in "The Difference" space, an Epson laser projector for sharp visuals, and a Crestron central system controller for seamless AV integration. Crestron occupancy sensors automate lighting and AV activation based on room usage, enhancing showroom engagement.

  • The AV system was seamlessly integrated into the showroom’s luxury aesthetic while ensuring high-performance functionality. We installed ceiling-mounted QSC loudspeakers and a Martin Audio subwoofer for immersive audio, with QSC Dante cards for scalable audio distribution. A user-friendly Apple iPad interface enables easy control of AV settings and content management. For a clutter-free setup, we used wall-mounted brackets and discreet cabling, preserving the showroom's premium design.

  • While the AV system was designed by an external consultant, we handled its precise installation and commissioning, ensuring flawless integration across the showroom. Working closely with project stakeholders, we delivered a system that aligns with Gaggenau’s brand identity and enhances the customer experience. Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice

The Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH) is Australia's first dedicated facility providing specialised care for young people aged 16 to 24 with life-limiting illnesses. Located on the former Manly Hospital site, the hospice offers services such as respite care, symptom management, end-of-life care, and support for families, including bereavement counselling.

  • To ensure clear, high-quality audio, we installed QSC's Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and CX-Q series network amplifiers for reliable sound management across various spaces. QSC AD-C6T-WH ceiling-mounted speakers were placed in the Interview Room, while weatherproof QSC AD-S6T-WH speakers were installed in the Viewing and Outdoor Viewing Rooms for durability. RDL Bluetooth Dante wall plates were also integrated to enable seamless wireless audio connectivity.

  • The hospice required versatile display solutions for patient, staff, and family interactions. Patient rooms featured 43" NEC 4K displays with Exterity AvediaPlayer media players and Chromecast. Staff and meeting rooms were equipped with 50" and 49"-55" NEC displays, Exterity AvediaPlayer, Barco ClickShare, and Crestron conferencing solutions for seamless collaboration. In common areas, the Main Lounge had a 75" NEC display with a Crestron Pro Soundbar, and the Games Room included a Sony PlayStation 5 for entertainment.

  • Maintaining a welcoming, homely environment was key in the hospice's design. We discreetly integrated ceiling-mounted speakers and wall-mounted displays to preserve the tranquillity of spaces like the Multisensory and Quiet Rooms. Crestron touch panels and wall controllers were strategically placed for intuitive access without disrupting the facility's aesthetic.

  • In collaboration with the builder, we managed the installation and commissioning phases, working closely with the hospice's team to ensure the AV systems met the needs of patients and families. We provided comprehensive training to staff for effective system operation. By combining advanced AV technology with a compassionate approach, the Manly Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice now offers a supportive, engaging environment that enhances the care and comfort of its young residents.
